Palia is about to make its debut on another platform, with Singularity 6 announcing the game’s arrival on Steam on March 25th.
With a new release date trailer and a potential special reward, the team announced the arrival after previously confirming a Steam version was on the way. With the expansion to more platforms, the game will continue to be free to play and offer cross-play and cross-save, so you can continue on your account on Steam if you’d like and also on whatever other platforms you decide to install Palia on.
This also means that your friends list and your ability to group up with others will also carry over on any platform. Maybe you’ve been playing on Nintendo Switch but your friend joins up on Steam, there should be a smooth process to group up and play together and even invite friends over to the home you’ve been customizing.
To prepare for the launch, the team is holding a Steam wishlist campaign that could result in a special reward for everyone, with a twist. Not only is there a free in-game Frogbert plushie up for grabs, that plushie will Keep increasing in size for every 100,000 wish list additions they get, up to 500,000. Everyone will receive whatever the final size is when the Steam launch happens on March 25th at 11:00 a.m. Pacific time.
You can check out the details, along with the various potential options for the Giga-Frogbert plushie over at Palia.
