Warning! Spoilers ahead for Moon Knight.
Moon Knight’s Oscar Isaac tease more personalities may appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's latest Disney+ show. The six-episode series, which is directed by Egyptian filmmaker Mohamed Diab's team, including Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, follows Oscar Isaac as Seven Grant, a mild-manner gift shop employee struggling with a case of Dissociative Identity Disorder. In addition to Isaac, the series stars Ethan Hawke as Arthur Harrow, May Calamawy as Layla El-Faouly, and F. Murray Abraham as the Egyptian god Khonshu.
Moon Knight’s pilot, “The Goldfish Problem,” introduces audiences to Steven as he suffers from blackouts and what he believes is a sleeping disorder. In reality, the personalities of Steven and Marc Spector, a mercenary who made a life-saving pact with the moon god Khnoshu, share the same body and struggle for control over it. After episode 1’s thrilling finish, episode 2, “Summon the Suit,” sees Steven and Marc talking to one another and alternate between the super-powered Moon Knight and Mr. Knight personas. While fans might assume they’ve now seen it all, the series’ first episode hinted at the existence of another alter, which Isaac previously teased at the world premiere of Moon Knight.
