One Of 2024's Biggest PC & PS5 Games Finally Has Good News For Xbox

When it launched in mid-2024, there was a decent amount of excitement regarding the visually stunning Soulslike but it seems doubtful that anyone expected it to be as popular as it turned out to be. Per the official website of the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), has officially been rated for Xbox Series X|S, suggesting some kind of announcement is imminent. As with all leaks, fans should take this with a grain of salt until developer Game Science officially unveils the port. Having said that, ratings board leaks rarely turn out to be incorrect so while a release date is still up in the air, fans can at least be a little more hopeful regarding the missing Xbox version.

Rumors began to circulate that it suffered a major memory leak on Xbox, prompting Game Science to delay its release until such time as the problem was fixed. The developer seemed to confirm this when it announced that the game was still planned to hit Series X|S but thatit needed more time to optimize the experience for Microsoft's console.
Following this, several reports emerged that claimed that the game wasn't on Xbox because Game Science had a timed exclusivity deal with Sony, meaning will only be available on PlayStation 5 and PC for some time. It's still unconfirmed whether this is the case though as neither party has responded to these allegations. In any case, it's still good to know that the Soulslike isn't completely abandoning Xbox and is seemingly building to a release soon.
