Obsidian Entertainment and Xbox have announced the upcoming fantasy RPG launches for Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 18, 2025. They also revealed the Premium Edition, accessibility options, PC minimum requirements, and preorder details.
There are three different editions for Avowed. The Standard Edition and Premium Edition can be purchased digitally. The latter is also available physically at a slightly higher price. Those who pay the extra cash can start their adventure early on February 13, 2025. Here is everything that comes with each edition, as well as their prices:
The two Premium Skin Packs include the Eora Collection Set and the Obsidian Collection Set. The first is inspired by characters and regions of Pillars of Eternity, the franchise Avowed is based on. The second is inspired by the studio. Each pack comes with five skins, one for each of the game’s four companions and the player.
Avowed also has a Premium Edition upgrade for those who initially purchased the Standard Edition. It costs $24.99.
Avowed also includes several accessibility features so every player can enjoy the game their way. This includes a third-person mode, remappable controls, text and subtitle adjustments, UI and Camera options, and 12 different languages. The languages include English, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain and Mexico), Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.
