Old School RuneScape has released the first part of the Forestry update today: “The Way of the Forester — Part One”. The new content expands options for the Woodcutting skill, new trees, items, social bonuses, and additional adjustments.

There's more to discover, including random event spawns that can occur when you chop down trees while carrying a Forestry kit. If a tree falls and an event starts, all players nearby can participate, and the events will scale in XP and difficulty based on the number of players.
Among the events include Rising Roots, where toots will spawn trying to protect the trees and you'll have to cut them down for XP and more. Events have other prerequisites. Flowering Tree, asks you to guide some bees to the right two flowers so
