The official Obi-Wan Kenobi first images are here revealing a new costume for its titular hero, the arrival of Inquisitors and Uncle Owen's return. The latest Disney+ Star Wars series picks up a decade after the events of Episode III — Revenge of the Sith as Obi-Wan is watching over a young Luke Skywalker while living in exile on the desert planet of Tatooine. Obi-Wan Kenobi will see the Jedi Master forced to confront the dangers of the Galactic Republic as controlled by the Sith and must embark on an adventure to keep the future Jedi savior safe.
Ewan McGregor returns to lead the cast of Obi-Wan Kenobi alongside fellow Star Wars vets Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker, Joel Edgerton as Owen Lars and Bonnie Piesse as Beru Whitesun Lars. The series will also mark the franchise debuts of Moses Ingram, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell, Benny Safdie, Maya Erskine and Rory Ross. After a few years of development and production, Obi-Wan Kenobi is gearing up to hit Disney+ in May and now audiences are getting their first glimpse at the series.
