Here's Norm Macdonald's somewhat forgotten appearance as an evil genie in The Fairly OddParents explained. The Fairly OddParents originally started as a segment of the Nickelodeon anthology series Oh Yeah! Cartoons, which also spawned the show My Life As A Teenage Robot.
