Hoyoverse, the studio behind Genshin Impact, has shown off Honkai: Star Rail, a new sci-fi strategy-RPG game at the Summer Game Fest and revealed a look at a new playable character.
Honkai: Star Rail boasts the same anime art style as Hoyoverse's other titles like Genshin Impact and the recently announced Zenless Zone Zero. This title places players as an amnesiac character traveling in outer space on an interstellar train where they will make companions, travel among the stars, and fight large and colorful monsters with bright, futuristic weaponry. Players will be able to take control of a team of four characters as they explore a mixture of open-world environments and dungeons where they will engage in turn-based fights.
