A talented Bloodborne fan has managed to recreate the Saw Spear weapon in real life and it actually transforms the same way it does in-game. It has been more than seven years since hunters first walked the streets of Yharnam but the game still boasts a thriving community, with many hoping for an eventual Bloodborne PC port like with many other Sony exclusives.
While many of the mechanics in FromSoftware's 2105 title are pulled from Dark Souls and Demon's Souls before it, there are certain elements of the modern Souls-like formula that were introduced through Bloodborne. One of the most notable is the emphasis on speed and aggression in combat, which was reflected in the game's weaponry. Compared to its predecessors, hunters in Yharnam had significantly fewer options to deal with foes but variety was maintained thanks to each weapon's ability to transform.

Titter user Imryll managed to recreate in stunning detail one of these transformable instruments of death in the form of the Saw Spear. Unlike the Saw Cleaver, this hunter weapon has both sides of the blade serrated, which actually causes extra hidden damage against certain enemies in Bloodborne. For this recreation, Imryll had to use some design elements from the Saw Cleaver in order to get the weapon to transform like it does in game, where it can both extend and retract at the will of the wielder.
And here is recorded with potato video of how it actually locks and stays that way without wobbling around. It's entirely spring locked and blade itself even if printed along with aluminium rods insight weight around 1.3kg ± and it holds well.<a href=«https://twitter.com/hashtag/bloodborne?src=hash&ref_src=»
