Konami has announced Super Bomberman 2, with a 64-player battle royale mode

Konami has officially announced a sequel to Super Bomberman R for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC via Steam.
In addition to classic action-maze modes, Super Bomberman R 2 will feature a new Castle Mode, according to its publisher, and a 64-player battle royale.
“A team of up to 15 players must blast their way to treasure chests while one defending player tries to hold them off. You can also create and share your own battle stages,” it said.
Super Bomberman R 2 is scheduled to release on Nintendo Switch next year.

When DICE decided to push back Battlefield 2042's first season, quality was cited as the primary reason. The base game was mired in problems, and fans were disappointed, to say the least. While Season One was eventually released in June, fans aren't happy with the overall content that was delivered. Despite some positives, like the brand new Exposure map, most players feel that DICE did not deliver on their promises.
