The Orbitals 4.65 update is a lengthy one in terms of the bugs addressed. Initially, the patch will be released on PC with other platforms getting it sometime after. It includes fixes for over 35 issues players are experiencing. The biggest problems focused on were potential progression blockers for Specialist Polo's A Trace of Metal quest, base specialist missions, and the pearl delivery Nexus quest. The patch also addresses potential complications with Space Anomaly missions when in the galaxy center in No Man's Sky.
UI issues with solutions in the update revolve around misleading UI markers when quests are expired, an improved display when selecting different languages, and various text issues in mission logs or conversations. Previous adjustments to the UI, especially issues with the Starship Fabricator used to build a ship in No Man's Sky, took effect earlier this month. Once the update goes live on other platforms, Nintendo Switch players will see an improvement to the game's stability, while everyone will benefit from optimized memory use.
