Next week’s free Epic Games Store title has leaked ahead of an official announcement on Thursday.
According to highly reliable dataminer billbil-kun, Aerial Knight’s Never Yield will be free to claim from Epic’s PC marketplace from February 29 until March 7.
“Survive A futuristic Tokyo style Detroit in this 3D runner that tells the story of Wally, who has uncovered the evidence that can change his city forever,” reads an official description of the game.
“With an average runtime of an action movie (about an hour and a half on Normal), a first run of this action-packed adventure can be enjoyed in an afternoon. Afterwards you can improve your score.”
Dakar Desert Rally is currently free to claim from the Epic Games Store until 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm BST today.
It will then be replaced by Super Meat Boy Forever, which will be free to claim until February 29. At the same time, Epic will confirm the identity of next week’s free title.
The Epic Games Store had over 270 million customers in 2023, and 75 million monthly active users in December, according to the Fortnite maker.
Players spent $950 million on the Epic Games Store last year, including $310 million on third-party PC games.
The Epic Games Store gave away 86 free titles in 2023 (down from 99 in 2022). These games had a combined worth of $2,055, and users claimed nearly 586 million free titles (down from 700 million in 2022).
