New Vortex Pinnacle and Underrot Loot for Mythic+ in Patch 10.1

With the revamp of four more old dungeons into Mythic+ dungeons in Patch 10.1, some of the loot in these dungeons is being revised to fit the current gear stats for Dragonflight. In the latest PTR build, we're seeing new versions of item drops for Underrot and Vortex Pinnacle!
New Vortex Pinnacle LootFor Vortex Pinnacle, the original dungeon dropped Necklaces and Rings with primary stats. The Mythic+ version of the dungeon drops jewelry with the usual format of Stamina + secondary stats.
Choker of Stolen Thunder — Mastery/Haste Necklace (original version: Choker of Stolen Thunder) Ionized Choker — Versatility/Haste Necklace (original version: Ionized Choker) Red Sky Pendant — Critical Strike/Mastery Necklace (original version: Red Sky Pendant) Ring of Frozen Rain — Versatility/Critical Strike Ring (original version: Ring of Frozen Rain) Skyshard Ring — Critical Strike/Haste Ring (original version: Skyshard Ring) New Underrot LootFor Underrot, 3 chest pieces were given actual stats, as these were originally Azerite Armor in Battle for Azeroth. Although not present in this specific build, we'll most definitely see more pieces follow the same trend for Freehold.
