While there have been a few interesting rumors for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, one of the most exciting came recently. If it turns out to be true, there will be multiple Symbiote suits in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, with every costume in the game getting a Symbiote variant. Given how long players have been waiting for the black suit to be usable, this would be a great way to reward that patience, as there would surely be some gorgeous outfits available.
However, while giving Symbiote fans numerous cosmetic options in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 would be great, Insomniac Games should not stop there. Considering that the usage of the Symbiote suit marks a significant change in Peter Parker’s personality and fighting style in the comics, Insomniac should find a way to replicate that shift in the games. Fortunately, there are a few ways that the developer could make Spider-Man feel like a completely different person when players equip the Symbiote suit.

One of the most obvious ways for the Symbiote suit to impact gameplay is through the addition of tendrils. Fans have already suggested that the Iron Spider legs shown in the Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 reveal trailer could be replaced with tendrils, a great touch that would make the suits feel like more than just another costume. While this change would essentially just be cosmetic, it would be a great detail that adds to the experience of wearing the black suit.
Another clever touch would see Insomniac Games making adjustments to Peter’s fighting style. When wearing the suit, Peter becomes more violent and aggressive, holding back less than he would normally. This could be reflected in his combos, with Peter’s hits becoming faster and
