Now, The Amazing Spider-Man #85 from writer Cody Ziglar and artist Paco Medina sees Doctor Octopus declaring war on the Beyond Corporation due to its acquisition of several of his assets when he built Parker Industries (when he was still in Peter Parker's body). In doing so, Octavius also ends up revealing the compromising reasons why Ben was chosen to be Beyond's Spider-Man.
