A handful of heroes in the Marvel Universe are considered their version of Superman; however, among the Eternals, the most comparable is Hyperion, not Ikaris. Hyperion has a surprising Eternals connection which ties the hero's origin to the ancient race of cosmic heroes, making him Marvel's real Superman. However, Hyperion's origin has been forgotten over time, allowing Ikaris to step up as Marvel's Superman analog.
There have been a handful of versions of Hyperion from different universe's in the pages of Marvel Comics, as he's been a member of both the Squadron Sinister and Squadron Supreme. But, in every reality, Hyperion is Marvel's pastiche of Superman, as his superteam exists as a clear pastiche of the Justice League. Those similarities grew during the recent Heroes Reborn event, where Hyperion became the greatest hero in the Marvel Universe — with his Superman connections never being more apparent. It turns out multiple versions of Hyperion are connected to the Eternals, making the hero more of Marvel's Man of Steel than Ikaris, who the MCU joked was Superman.

After initially appearing as the Squadron Sinister, Marvel reintroduced their Justice League pastiches as the Squadron Supreme, who hailed from Earth-712. Marcus Milton was revealed as the lone survivor of a race of Eternals, as (much like Superman) he was sent to Earth as his planet died. In Quasar #16 by Mark Gruenwald, Mike Manley, Keith Williams, Dan Panosian, and Janica Chiang, Hyperion loses his sight, only to have it restored thanks to Makkari realizing he was subspecies of the Eternals.
