The new MCU Kate Bishop skin for Marvel’s Avengers has been criticized by fans for its inaccurate hair, with some claiming it strays too far from the hairstyle Hailee Steinfeld sported in the Disney+ original series. Arguably one of the best parts of Marvel’s Avengers is the ability to play as iconic superheroes from the Marvel roster. Even more, Crystal Dynamics has occasionally added MCU-inspired suits, bringing big-screen adaptations to the game. From Hawkeye’s Captain America: Civil War skin to Thor’s MCU Avengers armor, fans have plenty of opportunities to don MCU looks. There have also been numerous teases at future MCU characters joining the fight, such as actress Krizia Bajos seemingly confirming a She-Hulk DLC.
Cinematic cosmetics have been introduced on a regular basis since launch, with many suits being added in conjunction with MCU flicks. It started off with Crystal Dynamics adding a set of outfits inspired by Avengers: Endgame, and has continued on with cosmetics such as ones from Black Widow, including Yelena and a few different Natasha Romanoff skins. On January 20, the developers added Kate Bishop’s costume from Hawkeye on Disney+, which is supposed to be based on Hailee Steinfeld’s adaptation of the character. The purple tactical suit has been said to authentically recreate the on-screen outfit and it perfectly matches Clint Barton‘s attire.
