If any readers are burdened with Encantoobsession, Lin-Manuel Miranda has the perfect (fake) medication for them in a new commercial parody video. Released in theaters last November before arriving on streaming the following month, Disney's Encanto has become a viral sensation the likes of which probably haven't been seen since 2013's Frozen. The colorful musical follows the Madrigals, a Colombian family that resides in a magical house. The Madrigals' casita has blessed each new member with a special gift with the exception of Mirabel, who was inexplicably shunned when she was 5.
However, when the casita starts to lose its magic, Encanto tracks Mirabel's brave efforts to restore the balance to her home. The movie was already on the way to becoming a solid hit after its theatrical debut last fall, but since it arrived on streaming, it has hit a new kind of popularity. Every song from the Encanto soundtrack — each written by Miranda — has hit the Billboard charts. Fan works ranging from art to parody TikTok videos fill the internet. Additionally, Encanto is up for a whopping 3 Oscars: best animated feature, best score, and best original song for «Dos Oruguitas» (not «We Don't Talk About Bruno»).

Needless to say, there is a lot of Encanto love flying around. Jimmy Kimmel Live decided to make use of this with a funny video timed for Miranda's latest appearance on the talk show. The parody finds Miranda advertising «Encantix,» a new medication designed to cure Encanto obsession. Rather than ingesting it, patients need only insert the two pills into their ears, and they too can decrease the amount of times they listen to «Bruno» in one day. Check it out
