Guerrilla Games' Horizon series is about to get an unexpected new entry called LEGO Horizon Adventures, according to rumors circulating online.
As reported today by Insider Gaming, this new entry in the series, which was previously revealed by Kurakasis on X/Twitter, will essentially be Horizon Forbidden West but with LEGO aesthetics and likely some gameplay tweaks. Interestingly enough, the game is said to have "realistic graphics" which suggests it may feature a different visual style compared to other LEGO games on the market. As for when the game could be officially announced, no one can say. An advertisement trailer was reportedly completed last month, so the reveal should be imminent, possibly during Sony's rumored May showcase.
With LEGO Horizon Adventures playing similarly to the latest main entry in the series, Horizon Forbidden West, there's no better time to experience Aloy's latest adventure before the new game's release. You can learn more about the game by checking out Alessio's review of the PlayStation 5 release.
Horizon Forbidden West is a worthy sequel to Zero Dawn in every way, proving that Guerrilla is no one-hit wonder when it comes to the action RPG genre. This huge and beautiful world has an incredible amount of things to do and most of them are really fun, thanks to improvements to combat and traversal. The game also features another great storyline that will get fans talking about the inevitable sequel.
