Insomniac Games and Sony have rolled out Spider-Man 2 Patch 1.001.005 for PlayStation 5, addressing over 17 annoying issues.
Following last week's patch, the development team has now pushed out another update for its latest title. Not only does this patch include numerous fixes, but it also further improves the game's stability. As said, this new patch includes plenty of fixes for reported issues, including a fix for an issue where the player character could leave a mission and enter the open world resulting in corrupted saves. Also, the patch fixes an issue where either Peter or Miles could lose the ability to jump. Also included is a fix for NPCs spawning on top of each other in boats. Additionally, Insomniac has addressed the issue where MJ could be one-hitted on higher difficulty settings. Be sure to read the full patch notes via the link below.
Spider-Man 2 is available worldwide now for PS5. You can check out the full release notes for this brand-new update here. As always, this patch should download automatically if this feature has been enabled. The update can also be downloaded manually through the game's update option.
