Johnny Knoxville recently revealed the stunts he and the other Jackasscast members refuse to do, detailing the crew's irrational fears and where they draw the line. The Jackass franchise, which was launched in 2000 by Knoxville, Spike Jonze, and Jeff Tremaine, was designed as a showcase of crude humor and dangerous stunts as a team of nine men pulled off dangerous stunts and pulled pranks on each other and an unsuspecting public. Jackass Forever was released in theaters on February 4 and reunites many familiar cast members as well as introduces newcomers and breakout stars like Poopiesand Rachel Wolfson. Knoxville, who has been working on the franchise for over 20 years, has sustained multiple injuries including broken bones and a staggering 16 concussions. However, after suffering from a brain hemorrhage while repeating his classic bull stunt during the latest film, he said he plans on retiring from “big stunts.”
