Old School RuneScape is all in on the holiday spirit, with the beginning of the 2023 Christmas event and need to know info on Leagues, and gifts during the holiday period.
The event began yesterday, and you can bask in the already decorated scenery. Head over to Lumbridge to chase after the troublemaking Jack Frost and help keep him in line. After all, Santa has sent him to Gielinor to keep him busy and out of the way. Yet, Jack has a new plan for winter sports on a festive and celebratory level.
Keep him busy, test out the new events, and earn yourself some new and returning rewards. Highlights include Jack Frost’s Sliding Challenge Mode, where you can slide as fast as you can against the clock.
FashionScape is also part of the celebrations, with the Icy Jumper and Snowglobe Helmet up for grabs. You can also unlock previous rewards for a different festive look.

These achievements are just part of the event and solely for fun so you don't have to worry about getting them all for any relevance towards Leagues or achievement diaries or anything. The OSRS team is keeping them under wraps for now for the fun of discovery.
Speaking of Leagues, an issue was fixed in the patch that was preventing combat achievements from counting as intended. Other issues were fixed in the patch, also impacting League points, which should now be able to sync back up correctly.
