Madden NFL 24 released its newest title update, which includes the Franchise Crossplay Live Beta, Ultimate Team's Season 4 content, gameplay improvements, and more. Thanks to the Franchise Crossplay Live Beta, Madden NFL 24's Cloud Franchise leagues can now include players from Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.
Madden NFL 24 received its last title update on December 6, which introduced various gameplay and stability improvements. Specifically, this update addressed unfair bonuses for blockers, pass rushers going incorrectly unblocked, and catch penalties for wide receivers. Like many games, each year's Madden NFL often has plenty of bugs that need to be addressed throughout the game's life cycle, and this year is no different. However, Madden NFL 24's newest update introduced an exciting new feature in addition to the typical bug fixes and gameplay adjustments.
The flashiest feature introduced by Madden NFL 24's Title Update 7 is probably the Franchise Crossplay Live Beta. Friends who play on different platforms can now compete in the same Cloud Franchise league. However, this feature will only be available on current-gen consoles and PC. This setting can be activated in current leagues, but Madden's developers strongly recommend that users who want to try this new feature start a fresh Franchise file, in case the feature's beta needs to be temporarily disabled later on. Additionally, Madden NFL 24's newest update added Season 4 content to Ultimate Team, which includes the new Field Pass rewards of Ray Lewis, Jerry Rice, Joe Montana, and Ty Law. The update also implemented various bug fixes, stability improvements, and gameplay adjustments.
