The face of , Relaxaurus, is a large Water — and Dragon-type Pal with a territorial attitude. Contrary to its adorable child-like appearance, Relaxaurus is a threat not to be messed with. Found in pods in the wild, this dinosaur Pal must be cautiously approached before trying to catch it. Fortunately, they can be found early on during the gameplay, so use one to your advantage.
Instead of finding one around Palworld, breeding a Relaxaurus in the early game is almost impossible. This is due to its "rare" Pal status even if it is found in the wild. Once obtained, Relaxaurus can help breed rarer Pals, making it a very useful creature to have. Its stats are also bulky, making it a great Pal to shield you from enemies.
Relaxaurus can be found in two main locations of. The first is near AsceticFalls, with the second around the SealedRealmoftheThunderDragon. There are several Fast Travel checkpoints in the area which are both part of the forest climate. It gets cold at night, so make sure to bring at least Cloth Armor, which is a necessary technology to unlock first.

To catch Relaxaurus, you will need to bring a strong team and a good number of Spheres. Relaxaurus is weak to both Ice- and Electric-type skills, so bring a Pal like Sweepa or Sparkit to deal damage. Once you have lowered Relaxaurus to low orange or red health, start throwing spheres. Every Sphere in can be crafted with certain materials, like Ingot, and Mega or GigaSpheres are recommended for the best outcome.
A Stun Baton made with 20 Electric Organs and 20 Ingots can help catch Relaxaurus faster. Make one of these to electrocute Relaxaurus for easier catches.
