A Minecraft player has created a giant tree in their world with a unique twist: it has a village inside. The Minecraft community often comes up with new and sometimes unusual creations, and this latest build illustrates that ingenuity.

These small civilizations occupied by villagers offer players a variety of resources and can act as a respite from their long travels. They can be found naturally in a variety of styles and various biomes in Minecraft. Nevertheless, one player decided to make their own village in an unusual, albeit stunning spot.
In their most recent build, Reddit user JustTheRin created a giant tree with a village inside it. The creator shared a short video detailing the exterior and interior of the design. Based on the clip, JustTheRin built a large trunk for the tree that featured large leafy branches that extended high into the sky. In addition, a path was created that wound up the tree’s base to the village nestled inside its plethora of branches.
While no mobs were present in the video, the giant tree featured many of the homes frequently found in Minecraft’s generated villages. Adding to the impressive design, JustTheRin included several holes in the tree’s canopy, allowing light to shine through. In addition, the user strategically placed glowstone blocks throughout the build, giving the tree an ethereal feel. At the end of the video, the player panned out to reveal the landscape surrounding the tree, evidencing the enormous size of their creation.
