It is impossible to get all of the achievements in Mortal Kombat 1 right now. No, not "impossible" as in "really hard". I mean, it's literally impossible, because one of the achievements asks you to clear fights that aren't even in the game yet. As a result, Mortal Kombat 1 still has a zero percent achievement completion rate, as no one is able to platinum the game until NetherRealm adds the missing content.
This is all tied to a mode called "Titan Battles" - something that isn't present in the game at all. Despite this, one of the achievements, "The Mighty Have Fallen", asks players to "Komplete A Titan Battle". There's no word on when Titan Battles will be added to Mortal Kombat 1, and the fact there's nothing in the base game to explain this is causing frustration among the playerbase - particularly among fans that have spent hours trying to find the elusive game mode.

Many players have noticed the missing Titan Battles, but one Reddit user, IllustratorFormal256, says they were able to get in touch with the Mortal Kombat support team to discuss the issue. In response to the query, the team says that Titan Battles will be "added to the game later on", although they "don't have a specific timeframe to share".
For now, The Mighty Have Fallen will just have to remain incomplete. At least we know Titan Battles will be added though, and this wasn't just an overlooked part of development.
