Unfortunately, Stardew Valley does not currently support crossplay between different consoles and PC.

Crossplay allows players who own different gaming platforms, such as a PS5 and a Nintendo Switch, to play online together even though they’re not on the same system.

Long gone are the days of having to buy the same console as your friends just to be able to play with them online, which makes it a bit of a blow for Stardew Valley players that crossplay is not available.

There is just one exception — Mac and PC players can play together, but that's currently the only option (and even then it's a bit of a stretch to call that cross-platform).

However, the game does support multiplayer, with up to eight players being able to hang out in the cosy farming sim online — they just have to be playing on the same system.
