Insomniac Games has been hit with a massive leak that reveals all of the games it has in development all the way through to 2032, including Wolverine, a Venom spin-off, a new Ratchet & Clank, and an X-Men game.
Last week, Insomniac Games was hacked by a ransomware group that threatened to leak the studio's files if it didn't receive $2 million in Bitcoin after seven days. Those seven days are now up, and it seems that Sony and Insomniac refused to pay the hackers their demands, as the studio behind Spider-Man and Ratchet & Clank has been hit with one of the biggest leaks since GTA 6's early gameplay last year.
Alongside leaking test footage, casting details, and concept art for Wolverine, as well as sharing personal details about the studio's employees, the leak also revealed seemingly every game that Insomniac is currently working on, all the way through until 2032. We won't be hosting or embedding the leaks here, but they're spreading like wildfire across Reddit and Twitter.
The first game listed is a Venom spin-off, which is slated for 2025 and acts as a side-game similar to Miles Morales. This time, however, we'll play as Venom (and unnamed others) as he goes against Carnage, seemingly putting rumours of a Spider-Man 2 expansion to rest.
Insomniac Games previously claimed that making a Venom spin-off game would depend on fan demand, but it seems that the idea has been set for at least a little while.
Following the Venom spin-off is Wolverine, which is currently aiming for release in 2026, a bit later than most fans were probably expecting to see it.
