I’ve occasionally forgotten to use these coins in vital moments when they could’ve been helpful during combat. Many players online are discussing the Soul Coins as well, and how easy it is to forget to use them.

Whether you’re playing the Karlach Origin character, or have her in your party, you’ll eventually find out about Soul Coins. They’re scattered about in random spots, and they can come in handy for Karlach specifically. This Reddit post by the user “Belaerim” on the Baldur’s Gate 3 subreddit shared a PSA so players don’t forget to use Soul Coins.

It was centered around asking other players if they’ve also forgotten that these coins exist and should be used during tough combat scenarios. Consuming one will give Karlach the Infernal Fury Condition, which will make her attacks deal an additional 1d4 Fire damage when Raging, or if her HP drops below 25%.
