Uber realistic shooters where players need to coordinate with one another to achieve victory is certainly a niche, but one where titles like Squad and Hell Let Loose fill the void perfectly. The latter is a WW2 shooter. Players eager to dive in might want to know if it’s on Xbox Game Pass.
If you’re one of them, keep reading to find out.
Hell Let Loose pits players against one another throughout some of the most iconic battles from WW2 as they take on the role of various classes such as Media, Engineer, and Sniper.
Thankfully, Hell Let Loose was added to Xbox Game Pass on January 4, 2024, and is now playable for players worldwide. The release will be downloadable for playable on both PC and Xbox Series X/S consoles, so there are no worries about this matter.

This isn’t like your ordinary FPS where you go in guns blazing. Players will need to progress throughout the map, walking slowly and methodically, more often than not, and coordinate with their squad about where to push next and what tactics to use. The game also offers some incredible weapons the more you play, so there’s always something to push towards, alongside the outstanding map designs.
Another appealing feature that Hell Let Loose offers is its in-game server browser, as the game doesn’t have the usual matchmaking we see in other titles. This means you’ll be able to stay in the same lobby and wait for the host to queue you into the next match, and you won’t have to worry about switching game modes.
So know you know that Hell Let Loose is available on Game Pass, but is it cross-play friendly?
