We found a time disruption long. long ago. Someone helped Illidan charm Tyrande, dooming us all to the Burning Legion! Malfurlon is so distraught he can't even sleep. He has no idea how to win her back. We need you to help him out before the timeline is ruined.In the true timeline, the brothers Illidan and Malfurion were both in love with Tyrande, but she chose Malfurion. Stung by the rejection, Illidan went on to seek proof of his own greatness by feigning support to the Legion, believing that he could gain the power to defeat them. This both led to Illidan gaining the powers of the first Demon Hunter, and to his determination to defeat the Legion across all universes — not just on Azeroth. Ultimately, Illidan's tireless efforts did help lead to the defeat of the Legion — but this quest is set long before any of those events. Speaking with Malfurion, we discover that Illidan had somehow used a poem that Malfurion had written to charm Tyrande, and the two are now on a picnic.
Malfurion Stormrage says: If only I could give Tyrande something to prove my love for her...We help by collecting Pale Duskblossoms — Tyrande's favorite flower — then watch as Malfurion brings the flowers to Tyrande and confronts his brother. Naturally, she's unimpressed with Illidan's trickery — and Illidan is angry with Malfurion.
