Late last night, Diablo 4 Lead Class Designer, Adam Jackson, shared some very interesting information about the six rarest Unique items in Diablo 4. Ancestral Items Have Higher Drop Chance in Nightmare Dungeons According to Jackson, these six rare Uniques include,,,,, and.
In order to obtain these items, players must slay level 85+ monsters. This means that a player seeking these items would either have to have a level 85 character in order to find these in the open world or run Nightmare Dungeons that are at least Tier 31 or higher.
Jackson also claimed that these six Uniques will always drop as Item Power 820, which is consistent with what we have seen previously. While it may feel frustrating that these Unique items are so rare, at least we have confirmation that these six Uniques are, in fact, in the game.
