Once you hit Renown 6 with the Severed Threads, you can obtain a Nerubian Pheromone Secreter from Y'tekhi, the Severed Threads quartermaster. This trinket costs 450 Kej, the currency obtained exclusively from activities in Azj-Kahet.
While the trinket has a neat passive effect, the interesting portion is that you can customize it! The trinket has 2 special Fragrance sockets that give secondary stats when worn. You can buy these from vendors in the City of Threads for 150 Kej each.
- Inscrutable Fragrance gives Mastery and is sold by four different vendors: Rej the Dying, Siesbarg, Zara'azj the Magnificent and Assistant Ulo'vix.
- Invigorating Fragrance gives Haste and is sold by Tej the Undying.
- Robust Fragrance gives Versatility and is sold by «Eight-Shaker» Sallow.
- Volatile Fragrance gives Critical Strike and is sold by Venom Dahn.

To reach Renown 6 with the Severed Threads, the quickest ways are killing rares in Azj-Kahet, completing quests in the zone, or doing side quests in the zone. As of the Early Access, World Quests in Azj-Kahet are not enabled since you need to form a pact with a leader of the Threads to see them.
