World of Warcraft: The War Within added a lot of new features to the game, including the ability to go on Delves. They are a somewhat similar system to Torghast, but you have to go on your own, accompanied by a Delve partner that you get from the introductory quests. The higher level of Delves you do, the better rewards available. Some of those include Bountiful Coffers, where you will need to get Restored Coffer Keys to open them.

How To Get Restored Coffer Keys
There are multiple ways that you will be able to obtain Restored Coffer Keys in World of Warcraft depending on what method is easiest for you.
The main way is by collecting 100x Coffer Key Shards, which you can then combine to make a whole key to use in the Bountiful Delves. To obtain Coffer Key Shards, you need to complete World Quests, Radiant Echoes and other outdoor events through Khaz Algar. Don't panic if you don't see the completed key in your inventory, as the item is classed as a currency and will show up under the currency tab instead.
Once you have completed four significant World Events, you will be given a Restored Coffer Key as a reward for each of them. Additionally, certain renown thresholds with the factions of Khaz Algar will reward you with a Restored Coffer Key.
Finally, the method that will most likely be utilized but isn't available yet is purchasing them from Sir Finley Mrrgglton for 2,000 Undercoin. This option will be available once Season 1 starts. Season 1 will be available on September 10, when the first raid wing will open, and the Mythic+ season will begin.
