How to Farm Kej Currency in The War Within
With Kej becoming an increasingly valuable currency in The War Within, here are a few methods of farming this currency.
What is Kej Used For?
Kej is a new currency introduced in The War Within used at a variety of Vendors out in Azj-Kahet. These Vendors sell a variety of noteworthy items: Gear, Profession Recipes, Mounts, Knowledge Point Books, and more! Because of this, Kej is quite valuable to stock up on. Below are a few ways that players can acquire/farm this currency.
Severed Threads Renown Rewards
Multiple levels of the The Severed Threads faction reward a significant amount of Kej. Completing the Campaign puts players at Renown 4 with the Severed Threads. Renown 3 rewards players with 0 Kej making this a quick and easy way to obtain a good starting amount of this currency.
The Small Kej Wallet Rewards 750 Kej.
Weekly Worldsoul Quest
The Call of the Worldsoul is now available to players in Dornogol. This quest gives players a choice at doing a variety of objectives throughout Khaz Algar such as World Quests, Dungeons, Snuffling, etc. Completing this quest rewards players with a Pinnacle Cache that has a chance to drop 0 Kej!
Weekly Severed Threads Pact: Bonus Kej Buff with Vizier
Each week, players will have the ability to Forging a Pact with the Vizier, the General, or the Weaver. Specific to the Vizier is a weekly-buff that increases players' Kej earnings! This does require a minimal of Collaborator with the Vizier in order to receive this buff.
Delver's Call Quests on Alts
There are two Delver's Call Quests available to players that can be repeated on Alts: Delver's Call: Spiral Weave and Delver's Call: Tak-Rethan Abyss. These quests simply require players to complete the Delves on any difficulty in Azj-Kahet. Completing these two quests earns players 0 Kej per Alt!
Defeating Rares in Azj-Kahet
Rares specific to Azj-Kahet drop a small amount of Kej. These also don't share a lockout, meaning players can defeat as many Rares as they want
