Beledar's Spawn is a special Rare Elite that spawns in Hallowfall. However, he's not usually up — Beledar's Spawn only spawns when the crystal it's named after goes dark, which only happens for 30 minutes every 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Once Beledar goes dark, Beledar's Spawn may appear in multiple locations through Hallowfall! We have a map of all locations and a handy macro that pastes all coordinates if using the addon TomTom below (thanks Matjz for the macro!):
