If players are using their Hunters or Warlocks, they will simply not drop the Throne-Cleaver in. This is because this is a Titan-exclusive weapon. If players do engram focusing with their Hunter, they should drop Goldtusk, while Warlocks get Death’s Razor. Across all three classes, there is also a chance of getting the Imperial Decree shotgun.
