’s Autumn Wind Pulse Rifle has returned with Season of Defiance (S20) and, with its PvE and PvP God Rolls, players can use it to effectively wreak havoc against enemies. The Legendary weapon was initially introduced in the popular shooter’s second season, only to be sunset later on. Now, the weapon has been brought back and is considered a great choice for players, especially in PvP activities.
What makes Autumn Wind in so good is that it has a high RPM (rounds per minute) rate and incredible stability, making it great for landing precise hits against moving targets – namely, Guardians – even if they aren’t precision shots. Additionally, it has a decent range, making it a viable choice, even when trading fire with an opponent equipped with a Scout Rifle in , for instance. Depending on the user’s skills, even a Sniper Rifle can be countered.
Obtaining ’s Autumn Rifle, fortunately, is a very easy task. The Legendary Pulse Rifle is a drop exclusive to the Crucible, and can only be acquired there. As such, players will have to engage in PvP activities for a chance of getting Autumn Rifle. The weapon has a chance of dropping at the end of every match and can also be claimed through rank-up engrams with Lord Shaxx.
There is no specific Crucible activity players need to engage in to drop it. It can be obtained from regular playlists, Iron Banner, and even Trials of Osiris. If the player has already obtained one copy of ’s Autumn Wind and added it to their Collections, they can focus spare Crucible engrams with Shaxx in a way of acquiring more copies of the Pulse Rifle.
These Pulse Rifle copies will come with randomized perks but this method is the best chance at getting God Rolls.
