Fans of the original (CS:GO) will be happy to learn that you can get the soundtrack of the iconic FPS in its sequel, , through a special music kit. This collection contains five nostalgic themes from the game with an extremely dedicated audience. Those looking to recapture the sounds behind their greatest moments from are able to equip this kit to change the sounds of a match.
As of this time of writing, the music kit is not available in the Store for any amount of money, making this content exclusive to only some players. Even during the Limited Test for , there were no ways to unlock the additional themes through gameplay achievements. There may be opportunities to buy the music pack in the future with some sort of update, but it is unclear how much it would cost should the soundtrack be added.
The only way to unlock themusic kit is to have it placed in your Inventory for free if you owned beforehand. If you already were an avid veteran or just getting into this competitive title for the first time, any players who own will have access to the added soundtrack in. Simply check the Inventory tab from the main menu to see the music kit as one of the first items you obtain when booting up the sequel.

Selecting the music kit allows you to Inspect, View in Loadout, Equip, and Add the soundtrack to your Favorites if you need to organize your Inventory. When you Inspect the new content, you'll see that the kit replaces all the music in and is shareable with anyone you play with. A special Anthem will also play when you Equip the music when you are MVP in a match.
