When RoboCop: Rogue City was announced and then we got our first glimpse of gameplay, we assumed that it was little more than a mission-based shooter. But no, there's actually a lot more to it, as the title's newest trailer shows ahead of its 2nd November release date.
RoboCop's got a branching skill tree, if you can believe it — and this ties into a whole side of the game that we didn't anticipate: detective work. Indeed, you'll be questioning witnesses and suspects, collecting evidence, and making important dialogue choices. Rogue City is teetering into Deus Ex territory with this kind of structure.

Robert's been a dedicated PlayStation fan since the days of Tekken 2, and he still loves a good dust up. When he's not practising combos, he's usually getting lost in the latest 100-hour RPG, or, y'know, replaying The Witcher 3.
Isn't this the same Devs behind the pretty solid Terminator Resistance? That game was also more then just a bog standard shooter as well.
In the demo they were an interesting addition and there were safes I couldn't open and some clues I couldn't fully scan as I opted to have the bullet ricochet from the movie as my early upgrade. I did enjoy the mini open world and investigating crimes and hopefully there's a nice blend of that and the straight up shooting levels in the final game. Its very high up on my most wanted list
@carlos82 there is a demo for it? The game looks promising
@JalapenoSpiceLife only on PC for now
Their Terminator game was good. I have good expectations
It does look pretty solid. I think it will be a 7 out of 10. Which isn't a bad thing.
@DennisReynolds Yes. It is yet
