Honkai: Star Rail 2.1 Leaks Hint At One Long-Requested Feature Becoming A Reality
is rumored to get a lot better with one leaked improvement in Version 2.1, which will see the addition of a long-requested tool. Even though the popular RPG is still in Version 2.0, following the release of Penacony as a playable destination, there are already several leaks outlining the upcoming content in the next patch, which is expected to arrive at some point in late March. One of the most notable leaks highlights what may end up becoming the most game-breaking ability in 2.1.
Although the focus of leaks tends to be on new playable characters, others detail some updates and upgrades arriving in the next patch. One of the most recent pieces of information obtained by the leaker known as Uncle Scoopy, which was shared by a user on Reddit, says that the game is finally receiving an auto-claim button for Assignments. This would allow players to claim all their Assignment rewards in with a single click rather than individually claiming them one by one.
This is considered a quality-of-life (QoL) update. While it should not affect too much of the player’s gameplay experience, it should allow them to conveniently and swiftly obtain their daily rewards for Assignments without consuming too much time. While unconfirmed and unmentioned in any leaks so far, this could accompany an auto-redeploy feature in ’s Assignments. Something similar was done in another of HoYoverse’s games,, not too long ago, allowing players to claim and redispatch their characters on resource-grabbing adventures with two simple clicks.
The turn-based RPG is ahead of when it comes to QoL updates. The ability to auto-claim all the Assignment rewards with a single click, however, was notoriously absent from the game since its launch. It did not make the player’s experience with the system any worse, but it could be improved. If the leaks are true, they should be confirmed during the 2.1 livestream, expected to occur at some point in mid-March.
