One example is that people can suddenly start to move across the border! In this achievement from the Seitung Province, you'll follow a Canthan bureaucrat, Bian, as she journeys to all the locations in Tyria that you've taken for granted but are wonderfully new and exciting to her.
To start the achievement, you'll need to track down Bian in Seitung Province first. She's a Canthan woman with black hair, glasses, and a green dress who can be found around the Training Grounds and Shing Jea Monastery.
Bian walks in a continuous loop between the monastery and the training fields. She takes a brief pause at a few locations to say a line of dialogue or two before moving on. We've mapped out her path on the map above, so you can choose to just wait for Bian somewhere or to follow the path until you catch up with her.
When you find Bian, you need to select the dialogue option "Have you ever seen Tyrian architecture?" in order to activate the achievement. Next, you'll start hunting her down in Tyria's major cities!
The Grove is divided into three main vertical levels. To find Bian, head to the middle level, where the crafting tables, banks, and trading post vendors are.
Bian is on the second floor of the Starbower Nursery - which is sort of like a bar - to the south. She's looking over the balcony at the Grove and musing about how they could grow an entire city.
