Where there is Pokemon there is also Pokemon-related merchandise, with the games going on to spawn anime, movies, and an ever growing empire of Pokemon-themed collaborations. Included among the brand tie-ups there is also the world of Build-A-Bear, a popular line of teddies, and the latest Pokemon addition to Build-A-Bear has apparently been shown.
The do-it-yourself teddy bear line has already released Pikachu versions, as well as Sylveon and Grookey, among others. On the BuildABear subreddit, a poster shared an image from the Build-A-Bear site apparently showing that Growlithe will be the next Pokemon to get the teddy treatment from the brand (via Nintendo Life).

Growlithe would follow in the bipedal footsteps of Teddiursa which released last November, while the Build-A-Bear fire dog appears to be scheduled for release sometime this month. However, there is no official confirmation yet from Build-A-Bear.
Build-A-Bear has featured quite a number of Pokemon teddies, including the likes of Leafeon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Dragonite, Umbreon, Mew, Gengar, Flareon, as well as various versions of Pikachu, among others. The teddies often include accessories to go along with the main attraction while prices are around the £50/$50 USD mark, although it can dip below that depending on discounts and sales, which are fairly regular, but can be more if the model is particularly sought after, such as the 25th Celebration Pikachu Bundle.
