Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising – Siegfried Showcased in New Gameplay Trailer
Cygames’Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, a follow-up to its 2020 fighting game, has received a new trailer. It focuses on Siegfried, a new addition to the roster revealed at EVO Japan 2023. This time, we see the so-called hero in black in action. Check it out below.
To the shock of no one, many of his moves are sword-based. Siegfried can cut through projectiles with a wave of energy, launch enemies and even unleash a bigger wave of energy that’s hard to jump over. He can also catch an opponent in mid-air and slam them down with his sword.
His Super Skybound Art sees him cutting through an opponent, going berserk and then swinging back around for another hit. There are a lot of combos, and his reach looks to be pretty good as well. Siegfried joins the likes of Anila as a newcomer, but another character reveal is coming in early July. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is out this year for PS4, PS5 and PC.
