Players have noticed there is an issue with Gnomeregan Raid Lockout changing to the new 3-day lockout, where some players were unable to do the current reset. Blizzard is currently investigating the issue and hopefully will have a fix implemented soon.
As of today for NA Realms, Gnomeregan should have reset and will reset again in 2 days, matching the lockouts of Classic Era's Zul'Gurub, AQ20, and Season of Discovery's Blackfathom Deeps. This was explained previously in a Blue Post. The issue right now is, reports are coming in from players who raided on Monday in NA that they are saved to Gnomeregan and players who raided on Sunday or prior to that can enter the raid.
This is actually true, we have never in WoW’s history changed a dungeon’s lockout timer like this, so there was a degree of uncertainty on what exactly would happen. Regrettably in our testing we did not encounter the issue we are having today, but are working hard to resolve it.One thing I did want to also clarify is that even if you had your Gnomeregan raid reset this morning as expected, it is correct behavior for your new Gnomeregan lockout to reset again on the morning of Thursday Feb 22nd, the same day as Blackfathom Deeps.This is because all raids with a 3 day lockout timer rollover and reset on the same day and always have since 2005.
