There's always a gaming showcase of some sort to look forward to, and in case you weren't aware, next week brings us not one, but two. In addition to the main event — Gamescom Opening Night Live — we're also getting another Future Games Show presentation.
Hosted by actors Troy Baker and Erika Ishii, this showcase will apparently feature more than 50 games during its 90-minute runtime. It's set to take place on 23rd August 2023, starting at the following times:
So, a day after Geoff Keighley's big show, we're getting another one. What's gonna be in it? Well, the games on show will mostly be smaller in scale, but there are some notable titles confirmed to be there, including the promising-looking Parcel Corps and RoboCop: Rogue City. The show will feature eight world premieres, a VR spotlight segment, and more.
If you're interested, you'll be able to watch on YouTube and Twitch through the respective links. Will you be tuning in to Future Games Show at Gamescom? Let us know in the comments section below.
Having grown up alongside PlayStation, Stephen has developed an eclectic taste in video games and a wide knowledge of the medium, from small indie gems to the biggest AAA blockbusters. Ever hopeful that the Burnout series makes a miraculous return.
Future Games Show is usually sort of fluff, but with a hit or two snuck in there, but I’ll watch it anyway because, as cringy as these shows can be, I love them.
Is there a possibility to get an update from Outlast in this show, perhaps?
Excited to see Crimson Desert, Delta Force, and Sonic Superstars
Will be watching this to see more of RoboCop!
Glad yall posted this. Because yall didn't say a word about the THQ Nordic Showcase until after it was over.
Ready for 50 indies lol
