Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the two weeks spanning April 24, 2023 to May 7, 2023.
Hogwarts Legacy for PlayStation 4 was the highest selling new release of the two weeks, which includes Japan’s Golden Week, with 31,918 retail copies sold.
It was followed by Star Wars Jedi: Survivor for PlayStation 5, which sold 16,742 retail copies in its first two weeks of release.
On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 216,525 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 99,938 units, the PlayStation 4 family sold 2,067 units, and the Xbox Series family sold 1,324 units.
