The sixth season of Elder Scrolls Online, High Isle, comes with some new locations and new opportunities to find Skyshards. High Isle is a new area in Tamriel that serves as more of a vacation destination for those characters in the high society of Elder Scrolls Online. Moreover, the new chapter brings more of an old-school political storyline rather than the usual world-ending plots that other Elder Scrolls Online expansions have included.
One of these new locations is The Breakwater Cave. This location is known as a Delve, which contains a Delve boss. This Delve features several lakes, paths, and a hidden Skyshard. Hidden Skyshards in Elder Scrolls Online are not overly hard to find as they emit a white beam glowing towards the sky.

The High Isle chapter provides a total of 18 Skyshards. However, The Breakwater Cave only contains one of the 18. This location will require taking the correct path to find the hidden Skyshard, as there are many ledges with no safe exit, but it should not be overly complicated.
The Breakwater Cave location is around the southernmost point of the entire High Isle map. It is near the center of the southern coastline of the larger of the two islands. Upon entering The Breakwater Cave, players should make their way to the opposite end of the area, slightly to the right of the entrance on the map.
Once inside, players will notice that there is a fork with multiple paths inside the cave. Players should head east at this fork because the western path will lead to a ledge and serves as an exit point from the Elder Scrolls Online Delve.
