There are a few strategies to using the Celarus deck in Elder Scrolls Online's newest card game, but typically speaking it works better when paired with other Patrons. Thanks to its unique draw deck manipulation effects, it's not a bad idea to go for three Patrons, as you can reliably set up multiple combos with the Psijic cards' abilities.
Psijic Loremaster Celarus is the leader of the Psijic Order during the events of Elder Scrolls Online, and can be met in-game at the Isle of Artaeum in the Summerset Chapter. In fact, he is someone who players interact with regularly throughout the Psijic Order questline.
The Psijic Order is able to see future events and exists outside of normal time, and as such their Tales of Tribute deck is all about foresight and altering your deck before you even draw from it. At each tier of their assassin-like Patron ability, players can knock out one of their opponent's Agents for 4 Coin, though this ability is easy to play around as one can avoid using Agents pretty easily.
Playing the Psijic deck is all about using information to set up optimal hands, but in a different way than the Hunding deck. While Ansei Frandar Hunding's cards use the Cooldown pile to set up future hands, Psijic Loremaster Celarus' deck lets players look at the next cards they will draw and decide which to remove, thereby trimming less useful cards.
