Nokstella, Eternal City is one of the many hidden sub-regions of . This zone is filled with many valuable resources and rare items, but completing Ranni the Witch’s quest chain is also essential. Nokstella is brimming with secrets, but the first mystery that players must solve involves unlocking the region.

Nokstella, Eternal City, is one of several underground areas players can explore later in the game. To complete Caria Manor, adventurers must defeat Royal Knight Loretta, the Dungeon Boss of the manor. Afterward, Tarnished can enter the Three Sisters, the hilltop where Ranni's Rise is located.

Ranni's Rise sits west of the Three Sisters and is guarded by Glintstone Dragon Adula. Keep in mind that adventurers do not have to fight the dragon to meet with the Witch. Ascend the tower and offer Ranni servitude, after which she will task the protagonist with finding the hidden treasure of Nokron, the Fingerslayer Blade.
